2. Reasonable insulation structure. Vacuum drying and vacuum gluing are used for insulation treatment, which improves the electrical and mechanical properties of coils. The heat-resistant grade of insulating material can reach the special grade C.
3. Usually the fixed voltage control mode is adopted. If the strong excitation control mode is used, the lifting capacity can be further improved.

Overexcitation control (DC-350V/DC-290V/DC-220V) can be used for large lifting electromagnets to speed up current rise and exert stronger lifting ability.
